Inner intention, named cleanly
Inner intention is the part that pushes. It writes the sentence, sends the invoice, books the appointment, and moves the body. It becomes costly when the outcome is forced to do identity work: every delay becomes a verdict, every reply becomes a trial, and effort becomes a courtroom.
Outer intention, named cleanly
Outer intention keeps a precise aim while releasing the death-grip around it. In the Transurfing model, it means standing where a version of the aim can already be lived and moving the feet as that person moves. It is not passivity, magical outsourcing, or a reason to skip the practical task.
The test is in the body
After a practice, ask whether the body is freer or tighter. A cleaner next action, a direct boundary, actual rest, or an honest appointment is a better measure than a dramatic sign. When attention becomes obsession, the aim has become an altar.
What to actually do
1. State the aim in one sentence without a speech around it. 2. Take the next physical step a non-mystic would take. 3. Notice the spike of urgency without calling it prophecy. 4. Drop part of the story while keeping the aim. 5. Step away from cycles that feed conflict rather than action.
What this is not
It is not a guarantee, an excuse to avoid care, or a ranking of people who use different tools. Boundaries, bills, sleep, apologies, and professional care remain real. The editorial idea is alignment plus movement without the demand that reality prove worth on a deadline.
One truth
Keep the aim. Put the drama down. Walk.
