What is the physics of being?
Being is not a personality. It is the charge in the chair when the audience left. You can fake a sun-sign costume. You cannot fake sleep.
Hawkins: a level is what the system can do. Shame hides. Pride argues. Courage moves. Love includes.
Zeland: a slide is the picture you sit inside. If the slide is “I am not allowed to enjoy,” the body will audit every meal.
How to read your own being
- Notice the first sensation, before the story.
- Name the story once. Then drop the lawsuit.
- See if the next action is smaller or cleaner.
If a practice makes you more obsessed and smaller, it is a pendulum. If it makes the clerk quieter and the step cleaner, it is being.
