These Session Terms apply to every consultation, coaching or reading session with Naoufal Chobah ("Naoufal"), online or in person. By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Disclaimer and the Privacy policy.
1. What a session is
A session is a conversation in which Naoufal shares his perception, observations and views to support you in reflecting on your life and aligning with your true self. It is a spiritual and personal development service. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not legal or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make your own decisions to book a session. If you are under the care of a doctor or therapist for a physical or mental health condition, keep following their care and, if in doubt, ask them before booking. Sessions are not suitable for anyone in an acute crisis; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Voluntary participation and personal responsibility
- Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may pause or end a session at any time.
- You decide what to share. You are not required to disclose anything you do not wish to.
- You remain fully responsible for your own health, wellbeing, decisions, actions and results, during and after a session. Any change you choose to make in your life is your own choice.
- You will not stop, delay or change any medical treatment, medication or therapy because of a session without first speaking with your doctor.
4. No guaranteed outcome
Naoufal brings his full attention and care to every session, but he does not and cannot promise any particular result. Experiences reported by other clients, such as less pain, better health or what they call miracles, are their own and are not a promise for you. A session's fee is payment for Naoufal's time and attention, not for any outcome.
5. Confidentiality and its limits
What you share in a session is treated as confidential. Naoufal will not disclose it to anyone without your permission, except where:
- there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or to someone else;
- there is a concern for the safety of a child or a vulnerable person;
- disclosure is required by law, a court or a public authority.
Naoufal may speak in general terms about his work and experiences, but never in a way that identifies you without your consent. Neither party may record a session without the other's prior agreement. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.
6. Booking and payment
The price, length and format of each session are shown when you book. Payment is due in full at booking, through the payment method shown when you book. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
7. Cancelling and rescheduling
- By you, with at least 24 hours' notice: you may reschedule free of charge or cancel for a full refund.
- By you, with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend: the session fee is not refunded.
- Late arrival: the session ends at the scheduled time. The fee is not reduced.
- By Naoufal: if Naoufal needs to cancel or reschedule, you choose between a new time and a full refund. This is the full extent of his responsibility for a cancelled session.
- Technical problems: if a call cannot take place or is cut short for technical reasons, the remaining time is rescheduled.
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, nothing in this section limits that right. By booking a session that takes place within the withdrawal period, you ask for the service to begin within that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the session has been fully delivered.
8. Conduct
Sessions are held with mutual respect. Naoufal may decline to book, or may end, a session if he believes it is not in your interest to continue, if a session is not the right kind of support for you, or in case of abusive or unsafe behaviour. If Naoufal ends a session for reasons that are not your conduct, the unused part is refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naoufal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss, harm or damage resulting from decisions, actions or omissions you take in connection with a session. In all cases, his total liability to you in connection with a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor does it affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. General
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force when you book applies to that booking. If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. Governing law and jurisdiction are as set out in the Terms of Use, including your protection as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
