These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses naoufalchobah.com (the "site"). The site is run by Naoufal Chobah ("Naoufal", "I", "me"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. A personal site of expression
This site is a personal expression of Naoufal. Everything on it, including the biography, the blog, the descriptions of sessions and projects, and anything said about astrology, numerology, health, energy, spirituality, technology or the future, is personal opinion, belief and experience. It is shared for reflection, inspiration and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind and it is not a statement of fact that you may rely on.

You use the site and act on anything you read here entirely at your own choice and your own risk. You are responsible for your own decisions about your health, your relationships, your money, your work and your life. Before making any important decision, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naoufal gives no warranty or promise of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, results, availability, security, or freedom from errors, viruses or other harmful components. Content may be changed, moved or removed at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naoufal is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the site, its content, its unavailability, or any site linked from it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, income, data, opportunity, goodwill or reputation, and any loss arising from decisions you take or do not take.
The site is offered free of charge. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, Naoufal's total liability to you for all claims connected with the site is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

The site links to other websites, including Naoufal's own projects (such as NatalTruth, gab44, gissecrets and YOWYO) and repositories on GitHub. Each of those sites and services has its own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. Links are provided for convenience only. Naoufal does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, practices or policies. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site, including text, drawings, illustrations, photographs, design and the selection and arrangement of material, is © Naoufal Chobah. All rights are reserved. You may read the site, share links to it and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Any other copying, republication, adaptation, commercial use, or use of the content to train or build datasets for machine learning or artificial intelligence systems requires prior written permission.
Open-source software published by Naoufal is licensed under the licence stated in its own repository, and that licence alone governs its use. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt, overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to it or its hosting, no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Changes
Naoufal may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. The version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
9. Severability and waiver
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in full force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site, are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows it.
